Order Processing & Handling Time
We work quickly to get your order out the door. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Delivery Time and Shipping Cost
After leaving our warehouse, your order usually arrives within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.99 for each order, regardless of size or weight.
We primarily use UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for safe and reliable delivery. If you prefer another available shipping option, you can select it during checkout.

We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times of 2–4 business days are approximate and may vary depending on carrier routing, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date at support@papagreystore.com. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged product.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
