We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Unworn or unused, with no signs of wear.
• All tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

Product Return Conditions

Our store is committed to assisting customers with product exchanges or returns in the following cases:

• Faulty printing: Issues such as blurry prints, color fading, or distortion not matching the original design sample.
• Spelling errors: If there are any spelling errors on the shirt, we will take full responsibility and assist with exchanges or returns.
• Incorrect color delivery: If the product is delivered in a different color from the order, customers have the right to request an exchange at no additional cost.
• Color stains or marks: If there are unwanted stains or color defects on the product, we will accept exchanges.
• Other product-related errors: We will review and resolve any other issues originating from our products or store services to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Note

Products at Papa Grey Store are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:

• Incorrect print or design selected for the product.
• Wrong size chosen by the customer.
• Spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer (for custom products).
